All our prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT and other taxes. The prices are daily prices.

The price at the time of ordering, is the current price.
Blue Cat Audio reserves the right to make printing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes, as well as out of stock items and delivery delays from our suppliers.


Once you have placed an order, you will receive an online confirmation. Should you not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, you should contact us. You will receive another email the same day your order is dispatched.

When you shop with Blue Cat Audio, agreements are made in English.

If you have a query about a particular product that may not be on our site, or just generally have questions about ordering goods on, please feel free to contact us by email We are quick on the keys and we promise a response within 24 hours. We offer several possible payment methods. The most secure – and the payment method we recommend to all customers – is to pay with a debit card – we accept the following card types:

Prepayment is made by deposit to our bank account, reg. 7500 account 0001587841 (Hvidbjerg Bank). Remember to include your order ID on the payment transfer, this will facilitate the work and speed up the dispatch of your order.

(Note: Bank transfer is not covered under the objection scheme)

Online payment by card

When paying by electronic debit card, the amount is only deducted when we dispatch the goods. Payment is made via a secure and encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. This means that your card details cannot be read by outsiders.

When you shop with a payment card, we reserve the right to check whether the personal information provided is true.

We can write off the amount paid at any time – if, for example, a product is sold out or not wanted anyway. However, for security reasons, we can NEVER increase the approved amount.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the product purchased. Many of our products can only be purchased on special order, which means that the expected delivery time may vary from product to product. The expected delivery time is listed with each product.

Please check stock status. If the product is “in stock”, we guarantee dispatch of the order within 1 working day, with fast delivery within 1-3 working days.

Shipping costs

At, shipping is free on all orders regardless of size. Don’t worry about that part – we’ll take care of it!

Just let us know if you want it shipped “unshipped” or “shipped shipped”. For larger shipments, a specific delivery time just needs to be corrected so we make sure you’re home to receive the order.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package, from our warehouse and home to you.

Returns / Right of withdrawal

There is a 14 day return policy on all items from the date of receipt – provided they are in substantially the same condition as when received – i.e. no signs of use, packaged securely as received so the items are 100% saleable again.

SALE ABROAD!! We do not offer the option of return/cancellation, unless otherwise agreed with Blue Cat Audio.

NOTE!! However, there is an exception for special orders (custom-made goods produced according to your own wishes) and offer goods. For these there is NO withdrawal/return. These are usually not stock items, and are therefore only offered on order.

SPECIAL ORDER! What are the products?

  • Zu Audio: Speakers you wish to order with a finish of your choice, that is not one of the standard colours (Rustic Hickory, Electric Blue, Sangria Red, Ghost Black and American Walnut). Zu Audio’s more expensive models starting from the Omen DEF MK2, are not standard stock items. From Omen DEF MK2 and up, speakers are ordered and built exclusively to order.
  • Speaker cable and signal cable:
    Zu Audio speaker cables to be produced with different lengths (e.g. 1x2m and 1x3m), or produced longer than the standard length of 3 meters.
    Zu Audio signal cables to be produced with upgraded WBT connector (applies regardless of length). Cables to be produced with different lengths (e.g. 1x2m and 1x3m), or to be produced longer than 3 metres.
  • Audio GE: Due to the extremely wide range of finishes/colours, Audio GE speakers will not be a stock item. We will eventually strive to have all models in demo so they can be seen and heard before purchase. These speakers can only be specially ordered based on your personal preference of finish/color. In the case of a clean return/exchange, the cost of the return will be yours – in return we will pay for the new-exchanged item to be sent back to you.

You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery, and when returning the item you are responsible for ensuring that it is securely packed.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by email, phone or similar. In your notice, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to take delivery of the goods without giving us clear notice.

The condition of the item when you return it:

You are liable only for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical shop.

If the item is tried on beyond what is described above, we will consider it “used”, which means that if you cancel your purchase, you can only get a small part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

We consider used goods to have no commercial value if it has been tried on more than is possible in a physical shop, where the depreciation is therefore assessed at 99.99%.

So, to receive a full refund, you only have to do what you can do in a physical store. You may try the product, but not actually use it.

Returns / Complaints

Naturally, you have a 24-month right of return in accordance with the Danish Purchase Act. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.

Damage to the product due to mishandling by the customer is not covered by the warranty. Complaints regarding defects must be notified to Blue Cat Audio within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.
Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

Please describe the problem as detailed as possible. We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
Please remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging.

Customer information policy

We do not resell your personal information or pass your information on to others. They are only recorded in our customer database and you can have your information deleted at any time if you wish.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at, we need the following information:

We make the registration of your personal data with the purpose, to be able to deliver the goods to you. The personal data is registered at Blue Cat Audio and stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what data is being collected and why. The director and employees of Blue Cat Audio have access to the information recorded about you.
